Update Your QPin

Download the latest firmware and flash it wirelessly to your QPin badge directly from the iOS app — no cables required.

Charge to at least 50% before updating. If the battery dies mid-update, the badge retains its current firmware and can be safely updated once recharged.

Download the firmware

Tap the button below on your iPhone. Safari will save QPin_v5.2.ino.bin to your Files app automatically.

Open the QPin app

Connect to your QPin badge and confirm the battery is above 50%.

Go to About QPin

Tap the QPin logo in the top-left corner to open the About page.

Select the firmware file

Tap Install from file…, navigate to Downloads in Files, and choose QPin_v5.2.ino.bin.

Wait for the update to complete

The badge displays UPDATING and reboots automatically. Keep your iPhone nearby until done.
